Sugar cravings ?

Research says that our brains are hardwired for pleasure and sugar works like many addictive drugs. So, are we sugar fiends?
Sugar feeds cancer cells, it causes inflammation, and excess sugar is turned into fat by the liver. 😬
Two effective ways for me to curb my cravings....daily oil use and my awesome,healthy chocolate milkshake.

It can be a struggle to overcome that craving for a sugar drinks or chocolate, but there is help! These oils can curb those sugar cravings and help us stay on track.🙌🏻
I add these oils to water I have carbonated.

✅Grapefruit is uplifting and energizing. It can help us get stuff done without the soda and it's just slightly sweet, and can trick our brain into feeling satisfied.😉
